2022 Sustaining and Advancing Indigenous Cultures Reports
With funding from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, the Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums launched a strategic planning initiative to develop a unified approach to strengthening indigenous cultural institutions. Humanities Grants for Native Cultural Institutions: A New Approach to Funding Report
With funding and support of the National Endowment for the Humanities, ATALM administered regrants
of $3.71 million to 118 Native cultural institutions across the nation. This independent evaluation and report highlights the process, challenges, lessons learned, and overall program impact. Read the report here.
