The Native Craft Artist Readiness Program (NCARP) is a six-month capacity building program that provides Native Craft Artisans with training, networking opportunities, and resources. Upon successful completion of the Program, each artist receives financial assistance of $10,000 from CERF+ and the Windgate Foundation to help them implement their plans to build sustainable art practices.

The project is administered by the Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums in partnership with the Craft Emergency Relief Fund and Nest. Funding is provided by the Ford Foundation and Windgate Foundation. Additional support is provided by the National Folklife Network, a project by the National Endowment for the Arts.
