We recognize that tribal cultural institutions are diverse. In some cases a cultural institution has a single function, for example, an archive, a library, or a museum. In other cases a tribal cultural institution houses more than one of these functions, for example, a cultural center may house all three operations. Since each entity provides specialized services, the surveys are tailored to the specific needs of each entity. Please complete the survey(s) that most represent your cultural institution type.
