2019 Exhibitor Information


The Exhibit Hall is Sold Out

The 2019 International Conference of Indigenous Archives, Libraries, and Museums provides exhibitors with an unprecedented opportunity to interact with representatives/decision makers of tribal libraries, museums, archives, indigenous language programs, and historic preservation offices from throughout the nation and the world. Only thoroughly vetted exhibitors, representing the best in the field of service to museums, archives, and libraries, will be accepted. Exhibitors, advertisers, and sponsors are listed as "preferred vendors" on the Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums for one year after the conference. Exhibit booths are $750 each and include a skirted and draped table, two chairs, and signage. A special Non-Profit/Tribal Organization rate of $500 is also available.

Tuesday, October 8

  • Exhibitor Set-up - 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 9

  • Breakfast with Exhibitors - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • Poster Session and Round Tables - 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Lunch with attendees - 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Refreshment Break/Prize Drawing - 3:30 to 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, October 10

  • Breakfast with Exhibitors - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • Refreshment Break/Prize Drawing - 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
  • Poster Sessions and Round Tables - 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
  • Lunch with attendees - 12 noon to 1:15 p.m.
  • Refreshment Break/Prize Drawing - 3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS

MAILING LIST
A database of conference attendees will be provided to you by September 20, 2019 and an updated list will be sent after the conference.

REGISTRATION
Exhibit booths include one waived conference registration. Registration includes breakfast and lunch for each day the Exhibit Hall is open. Exhibitors can purchase additional registrations at the conference rate or choose an "Exhibitor Pass" which does not include meals or access to sessions.

WEBSITE AND PROGRAM BOOK LISTING
A listing of your exhibit booth is included on www.atalm.org and in the program book. After the conference is over, you will be listed on our “preferred vendor” list for one year. Additionally, you will be recognized on ATALM’s Facebook page which averages more than 13,000 impressions a week.

MEALS AND BREAKS FOR EXHIBITORS
Breakfast and refreshment breaks take place in the exhibit hall each day. In addition you will have lunch with all conference attendees in the Summit Ballroom.

BOOTHS
Booths are inside the Grand Ballroom at the Pechanga Casino & Resort.
Each carpeted 8' x 10' booth includes:

  • Pipe and drape
  • 6' x 30" skirted and draped table
  • Two chairs
  • 7" x 44" sign

ELECTRICAL
Electrical connections can be ordered through Pechanga Convention Services. Order form is available here.
