Infrastructure Master Planning

Purpose

The Infrastructure Master Plan Committee is developing a national roadmap to strengthen the systems that support tribal libraries. This plan focuses on improving engagement with funders, tribal leaders, state library directors, and federal partners—not on directing individual library operations.

Once the Master Plan is in place, committee responsibilities shift to implementation.
