The Conference Planning Committee designs and executes TLC’s strategic presence at ATALM2026 in Spokane. Its work ensures programming, recognition, and networking strengthen the tribal library community.

- Work with other committees to facilitate the TLC Annual Meeting
- Organize recognition initiatives, including selection of the Guardian Award honoree

How It Works
The committee meets regularly on the third Thursday of each month at 2 p.m. EST during general meetings of the Tribal Library Council. Committee Chairs may call meetings as needed. Progress is tracked through 30-day action plans and reported to membership during monthly TLC meetings.
