The ATALM2026 Conference utilizes the Whova Event App which allows attendees to organize their personal conference schedules, network with other attendees, receive important announcements, and upload photos.

Sign in to the ATALM2026 Event
- To sign into the ATALM2026 Event in Whova, use the email address entered on your registration form.
- Create an easy to remember but secure password.
- Review and/or edit your profile. Other attendees will use this to network with you.
- The app will take you to the Conference event page automatically. If not, search for “ATALM2026” and use the invitation code sent via email.
If you have issues signing into the ATALM2026 Event, contact conference@atalm.org or visit the Help Desk on the 1st floor of the Spokane Convention Center.
View the Agenda and Plan Your Schedule
- Use the Agenda tab at the bottom of your screen to view the Conference schedule.
- Move through the different days by selecting the date on the calendar at the top.
- Browse or search for sessions.
- Click “Add to My Agenda” to put the session on your personal schedule and set up calendar reminders.
- Use the Session Q&A and/or Comments to meet presenters and other attendees.
Using Whova to Network
- Use the Attendees tab to browse and search the attendee list.
- To find people with common backgrounds and interests, use the “Recommended” tab to find people you may be interested in networking with.
- Use the “Message” button to start a private chat or click “Say Hi” to initiate a conversation.
ATALM Community Discussion Boards
- Use the Community tab to find the Conference Discussion Boards.
- Join existing topics or create a new conversation topic.
- For topics you want to stay up to date with, click “Follow.”
- Navigate between All Topics, Followed, and New Topics at the top of the page.

- SESSION Q&A: Ask presenters questions before and after the session.
- FLOORMAP: Use the interactive property map to find specific rooms and event areas.
- SPEAKERS: Browse and search for specific presenters and review their sessions.
