Primary presenters must provide complete contact information (name, title, organization, email, and biography) for each co-presenter. Before submitting your proposal, you must obtain the consent of all co-presenters to be included in the session.
Inviting Co-Presenters as Collaborators
Submittable allows you to invite co-presenters to participate in the submission process. To do this, click “Manage Collaborators” and enter their email addresses.
When co-presenters are added as Collaborators:
- They receive an automatic email notification from Submittable.
- They can access the proposal, review information, and contribute if you allow editing.
- They are kept informed of updates unless removed.
If co-presenters are not added as Collaborators:
- Submittable does not notify them automatically.
- The primary presenter is responsible for forwarding confirmation messages and updates.
Why This Matters:
Co-presenters must be aware of and agree to their roles in the session. They are also required to register for the conference if the session is accepted.
