Registrations will be accommodated in the order received, as cancelations occur. If your waitlisted registration can be accommodated, you will receive notification and an invoice for payment.

Cancelations
- The last day to request a refund for canceled registrations is Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
- There is a $50 handling fee for all cancelations, but registrations are fully transferable at no fee.
- If the conference is canceled for any reason, all registrations will be refunded in full.
- Cancel or transfer your registration by completing the Changes Request Form.
