To make your travel easier, we are offering a limited round-trip shuttle service between the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort.
Shuttle Details
- Cost: ATALM provides this service on a cost-recovery basis. In some instances, it subsidizes the cost. The price per person is $25 one way. Payment is due at signup. If a shuttle is canceled for any reason, a full refund will be provided. Otherwise, there are no refunds.
- Capacity: Space is limited, so please reserve early, but no later than September 15.
- Arrival Shuttles: Choose ONE shuttle on October 6 or 7 (leave blank if not needed). On arrival, allow an hour to get your luggage.
- Departure Shuttles: Choose ONE shuttle on October 9 or October 10. Please schedule at least 2.5 hours before your flight time to allow for check-in, security, and baggage.
- Make Reservations: We use Signup Genius which allows you to select the times that work best for you. When using the form, once you select your arrival reservation, scroll down to select your departure reservation. Reservations are not accepted without payment. Use one form for each traveler in your party. Use this Sign Up Form.
- Flight Delays and Cancellations: Shuttles will run on schedule and cannot be held for delayed flights. If you miss your reserved shuttle due to flight delays or cancellations, you will be responsible for arranging alternate transportation. Reservations are non-refundable. We encourage you to review alternative options and consider our Ride-Share Form as a backup plan. You can opt to go standby on a later shuttle, but space may not be available.
