Sustaining & Advancing Indigenous Cultures

The Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums (ATALM) is a non-profit organization that supports the work of Indigenous cultural institutions, provides culturally relevant programming and services, and promotes Indigenous cultural sovereignty.
The 2024 International Conference of Indigenous Archives, Libraries, and Museums (#ATALM2024) is scheduled for November 12-14, 2024, in Palm Springs, California. Register by February 15 to get your first choice of pre-conference workshops, field trips, and special events.
The Community Impact Awards program acknowledges and celebrates initiatives that exemplify community engagement, innovation, and overall excellence. Initiatives that are replicable in other communities receive priority consideration. Deadline to submit is February 15, 2024.
The Going Home Fund helps to facilitate the return items of cultural significance to tribal museums and/or cultural centers.
