The 2013 conference hotel is the Santa Ana Pueblo owned Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa. The deeply discounted rate of $119 a night includes resort fees, in-room internet, in-room coffee/tea, access to resort Cultural Events, self-parking, and access to all recreation facilities. Conference rates are available from June 7-14, 2013, subject to availability. Rooms must be booked before May 20 to receive the conference rate.

When the conference hotel is full, the overflow hotel is the Holiday Inn Bernillo located about three miles from the Hyatt Regency Tamaya. Shuttle service is not available.

Travel Tips
The Hyatt Regency Tamaya is located in the high desert at an altitude of 5,000 feet. It is important to stay hydrated, wear sun screen and a hat if you are out during the day, and bring a light jacket. According to weather.com, the average temperatures in June are a high of 89 and low of 51.
