Host Hotel
The host hotel is the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $119 a night for a King Bed or two Double Queen Beds. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available at the hotel.

Deadline for booking rooms at the Conference Rate is May 15, 2012.

Airfare Discount
Attendees can receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare from American Airlines. Simply call 1-800-433-1790 to make your reservation. Be sure to give them the group code: 7252BQ. There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $25.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport.

Reservations can also be made via the American Airlines website, www.AA.com, by choosing "More Flight Search Options" and putting the code 7252BQ in for the promotion code. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com.
