About the Conference
Programs begin on Friday, September 23 with ten optional pre-conference workshop choices. These workshops require an additional registration fee. Conference concurrent sessions take place on Saturday, September 24 through Monday, September 26. In addition to the concurrent sessions, optional workshops/tours are available each day for a fee. Conference sessions take place at the Hawaii Convention Center.

Registration
Individuals affiliated with ATALM, for example, those working with a tribal institution or a non-tribal institution with indigenous collections, are eligible to receive a significant discount on conference registration. Registration is $250 (no luncheons).

Please register by using the online form Please complete a separate form for each person and include payment with your registration. Registration will not be accepted without payment.

Meals and Events
The ATALM registration fee of $250 does not include luncheons. Evening events require an additional registration fee.

Host Hotel
Host hotel is the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu, HI. A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $109 a night for a Queen bed in the Kona Tower or $139 for a King bed or two double beds in the Waikiki Tower.

Deadline for booking rooms at the Conference Rate is August 23, 2011.

Confirmation
Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation from ATALM.

Waiting List
Registrations are accepted on an “as-received” basis. When the Conference is full, your name will automatically be added to the waiting list and we will notify you immediately if space becomes available.

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by August 23, 2011 will be completely refunded, less an administrative fee of $25.
