ABOUT THE NATIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL
The National Planning Council (NPC) is responsible for providing guidance, evaluating programs, generating support, and promoting the conference across professional networks.
Members of the Council who live locally help with identifying and securing local resources, planning and executing special events and tours, and recruiting local partners and volunteers.
Existing Planning Council Members may nominate additional members here.
The work of the Council is primarily conducted through teleconferences. ATALM does not provide financial support for Council members to attend the conference. If eligible, Council members may apply for scholarships or presenter stipends.
To participate in group discussions and stay up-to-date on Council programs, join the dedicated Facebook group, ATALM National Planning Council.
If you wish to propose artwork for the program book and other materials, you may upload photos here.. The marketing/publications committee is specifically interested in featuring Native artists from New Mexico. Images with a night sky are specifically sought. Images should be submitted no later than March 1.
Please help select the conference theme (responses needed by March 1) by sending suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org or joining a group discussion on the ATALM National Planning Council Facebook Group.. More information about proposed themes may be found here.
